Black-Panther-SubwayJust to be perfectly clear; this isn’t the first Black Superhero Movie; but the first one to be done justice in an exciting new way. And after his debut in “Captain America: Civil War, the wait was worth it! T’Challa, the King of Wakanda, rises to the throne in the isolated, technologically advanced African nation, but his claim is challenged by a vengeful outsider who was a childhood victim of T’Challa’s father’s mistake. It stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa / Black Panther, alongside Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis. The MCU has done it again with an pulse-pounding epic with fascinating characters (especially women!). We are treated to a fully realized city of Wakanda giving us dazzling visuals and providing with an infectious African culture. Erik KIllmonger is the most complex MCU villain to date with great motivations and sob story. A high recommendation for Marvel Fans!
