Finally after a 13 year wait; us fans finally get the series finale we deserve of one of my favorite Nickelodeon Shows ever!!! Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie takes kids on the field trip of a lifetime: action-packed and full of adventure! They’ll join Arnold on a quest in which he’ll try to achieve his ultimate dream and finally find his missing parents. It all starts when Arnold and his classmates take a trip to San Lorenzo, Central America, which, coincidentally, is the last place Arnold’s parents were seen. Their trip takes a turn when pirates kidnap Arnold and his friends! From there it’s one jungle hazard after another, and the gang must put their heads together to get out of danger. As the leader of the journey, Arnold must make sure he and his friends survive safely, all while working towards a reunion he’s dreamt of his whole life. The voice cast in this movie from old and new actors is pretty top notch; and fans will enjoy all the Easter eggs they throw at you. Thanks to Alfred Molina’s voice talent; we also get a fun villain in the form of La Sombra (especially considering the scene where he gets his crew killed, no kidding!) . And they’re are so many moments that are too many to name. Whether its; the PS 118 Kids Great Escape (along with Phil, Gertie, Big Bob and Miriam’s help), the showdown with La Sombra, Arnold meeting his Parents Miles and Stella (I’m not gonna cry!) and of course Arnold and Helga sharing their first real kiss (yah!). Don’t know if will get a Season 6 for sure, but for now this is worth it. A worthy recommendation for Nick Fans!
